About the Role
As a Sales & Use Tax Supervisor, you will prepare and review complex tax returns for corporations and high net worth individuals, research tax matters, identify planning opportunities, and handle tax controversies. You will also supervise and train staff accountants, ensuring high-quality client service and compliance with tax regulations.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Licensed CPA, or working towards CPA certification with parts passed
- At least 4 years of public accounting experience
- Exceptional client service and communication skills
- Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills
Preferred:
- Masters of Science in Taxation
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects
- Strong attention to detail and innovative problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel as needed
