About You
- 10-12 years of experience in freshwater conservation practice or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of the U.S. local, state, and federal political environment regarding environmental and conservation matters.
- Five years of supervisory experience, including motivating and managing performance.
- BA/BS degree and 10 years of experience in conservation practice.
- Experience directing major programs or projects of strategic importance.
- Fundraising experience, including identifying donor prospects.
