About the Role
As a Sow Assistant Supervisor, you will ensure that all standard operating procedures are followed, maintain herd health, train employees, supervise and schedule staff, and adhere to safety and biosecurity protocols. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports related to animals, employees, and supplies on the farm.
About You
Required:
- Must be proficient in English language, reading and writing.
Preferred:
- Associate degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
