About the Role

As a SOX Identity and Access Management Governance Strategist, you will act as a liaison between internal technology teams and SOX auditors, ensuring compliance with SOX Sections 404 and 302. Your responsibilities will include evaluating IT general controls, managing auditor requests, contributing to SOX reporting cycles, and collaborating with various stakeholders to address control deficiencies and enhance governance structures.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications or equivalent education and related training.
Eight to twelve years of financial services or risk management experience.
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Strong analytical, cognitive, conceptual, critical thinking and organizational skills.
Demonstrated leadership, communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.

Preferred:

Seven plus years of experience auditing SOX 404 / 302 ITGC controls.
Working knowledge of IAM concepts such as provisioning, de-provisioning, and privileged access management.
Hands-on or oversight experience with IAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Active Directory).
Experience supporting or executing ITGC walkthroughs and control testing.
Familiarity with SOC 1 / SOC 2 reporting.
