About the Role
As a Lead Space Vehicle Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing space vehicle systems, translating customer needs into technical specifications, and collaborating with various teams to deliver customer-focused engineering solutions. You will also oversee planning, integration, and testing of these systems, ensuring they meet advanced technology requirements.
About You
Required:
7+ years of experience with space vehicle systems engineering, planning, integration, and testing.
7+ years of experience with Systems Architecture, Requirements Management, and Interface Control Document (ICD) development related to SATCOM.
3+ years of experience with reviews of space systems and the DoD acquisition system.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science.
Secret clearance.
Preferred:
10+ years of experience with space vehicle systems engineering, planning, integration, and testing.
Experience with computer tools, including Confluence or Jira.
Experience designing, building, and testing communications antennas, transmitters, or receivers.
Knowledge of DoD systems engineering, testing, and production policies.
TS/SCI clearance.
