As a Spanish Speaking Account Representative, you will interact with clients to provide customer service, maintain and update customer records, resolve product or service problems, process customer adjustments, conduct risk assessments, recommend products or services, attract potential customers, prepare reports, and contribute to team efforts. Ideal candidates should have a dynamic personality, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment.
About You
Required:
- Bilingual skills with fluency in English and Spanish (must be able to speak, read and write both languages).
- Strong customer relations ability/experience with analytical and technical skills.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office with data entry skills and experience.
