UF Health is seeking a Spec EPIC Training III to join their team in Jacksonville, FL. The role involves leading and coordinating Epic training projects across all UF Health locations.
About the Role
As a Spec EPIC Training III, you will participate in and lead new and ongoing training projects, coordinate all phases of Epic training for upgrades, new projects, and ongoing support. You will collaborate with Informatics and Application teams, guide Certified and Credentialed Trainers, and ensure effective training delivery. A strong understanding of Epic system functionality and departmental workflows is essential, along with excellent planning, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Application Training and/or curriculum planning and development.
- Epic Principal Trainer status, including Application Curriculum and Training Environment Build Certifications within 6 months of hire.
Preferred:
- Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or Nursing.
- Experience with Epic training environment development and curriculum planning for new workflows.
