OnPoint Search Consultants is seeking a Special Counsel | Labor & Employment to join their expanding L&E practice group in Los Angeles, CA. The role involves handling Wage & Hour cases and Labor & Employment litigation.
About the Role
As a Special Counsel | Labor & Employment, you will be responsible for managing Wage & Hour cases, including class action lawsuits, conducting depositions and court appearances, drafting and opposing motions, and investigating Labor & Employment claims. You will serve as Special Counsel or Of Counsel within a large law firm environment.
About You
Required:
- California Bar license.
- Experience in Wage & Hour cases.
- 5-7 years' experience as a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney.
Preferred:
- Experience with EEOC, NLRB, and OSHA practice areas.
- Focus on Wage & Hour litigation.
- Experience with both single plaintiff (FEHA) and class action (PAGA) cases.
- Large law firm experience.
