About the Role
As a Special Education Instructional Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting students with special needs in their educational activities. Your daily tasks will include assisting teachers in implementing individualized education plans, communicating effectively with students and staff, and fostering a positive learning environment.
About You
Required:
- Must have a valid Illinois ELS (PARA) Paraprofessional License, SUB license or PEL.
- Have a genuine interest in students.
- Ability to effectively communicate with children and adults.
Benefits
- Starting salary of $22.00/hour.
- Full-time position with hours from 8:45 am to 3:45 pm.
