As a Specialist: Billing, you will execute the full scope of tasks required to manage WIP and issue client invoices for assigned partners. Your responsibilities will include ensuring work is accurate and compliant, developing strong relationships with partners and clients, responding to inquiries, resolving problems, and providing recommendations for process enhancements.
About You
Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Technological savviness.
- Strong ability to quickly learn software applications.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Two years working in a professional environment.
- Advanced command of Microsoft Office Excel (lookups, SUMIF, pivot tables, etc.).
