About the Role

As a Specialist - Research Engineering, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced agentic AI systems, integrating AI solutions with enterprise backend systems, and writing JIRA requirements. Your work will involve hands-on experience with prompt engineering and crafting intelligent bot interactions, as well as ensuring proactive problem-solving and autonomous decision-making capabilities in AI systems.

About You

Required:

Extensive hands-on AI integration experience.
Proven direct experience in architecting and working on AI platforms using microservices.
Expert-level understanding in Machine Learning and Generative AI techniques, including direct work with LLMs and transformer architectures.
Demonstrated hands-on experience with complex API integrations and enterprise system connectivity.
Operational knowledge of JIRA.

Preferred:

Knowledge of Credit Risk lifecycle.
