About the Role

As a Specialist- IT I, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and technical support, executing established operations and maintenance processes, and ensuring effective communication with customers. You will support various IT functions including hardware/software support, network administration, and project support, while working in a fast-paced environment with evening shifts.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent years of work experience.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
3 years of experience in Information Technology, customer service, or related discipline.

Preferred:

Experience with VMware VDI Horizon software and deployment.
Knowledge of a broad range of networks, server, storage, and desktop technologies.
