About the Role
As a Specialist Director, Oracle Delivery Lead, you will oversee the daily operations of Oracle Cloud SaaS and PaaS managed services, coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, drive continuous improvement activities, and serve as a senior delivery advisor for clients. You will be responsible for maintaining high-performing operational environments and ensuring alignment with contractual SLAs and KPIs.
About You
Required:
- Minimum eight years of recent experience delivering Oracle Cloud SaaS, PaaS, or Application Maintenance Services.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud SaaS and related platform components.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex managed services delivery teams.
- Strong knowledge of service delivery frameworks (ITIL, AMS models) and continuous improvement practices.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
Preferred:
- Experience managing incident, problem, change, and release processes.
- Ability to travel as required.
