As a Specialist, Proposal Management (Cost Estimator), you will be responsible for collaborating with various teams to support business acquisition and proposal development efforts. Your daily tasks will include computing cost estimates for raw materials and labor, preparing cost proposals, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements. You will also analyze labor requirements and contribute to process improvements within the organization.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience, or Graduate Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience, or minimum of 8 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
- Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities with customers and senior leadership.
Preferred:
- Practical knowledge of cost estimating principles and practices in manufacturing/engineering environments.
