About the Role
As a Specialist, Workplace Experience & Operations, you will manage daily office operations, coordinate with building management, handle mail distribution, support meeting setups, assist with space planning, coordinate vendor services, provide technology support, help plan employee events, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
About You
Required:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in workplace operations or facilities management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred:
- Flexibility to work outside normal business hours and travel as needed.
