About the Role
As a Senior Manager in Specialized Tax Services, you will lead large-scale projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level. You will oversee project delivery, establish trust with teams and stakeholders, and apply specialized technical knowledge to deliver quality results.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience in tax consulting or related field
- CPA, Member of the Bar, or other relevant tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials
Preferred:
- In-depth knowledge of R&D tax issues
- Experience interviewing clients to identify tax liability savings
- Technical skills with research credit regulations
- Ability to build and utilize networks of client relationships
- Experience managing resource requirements and project workflow
- Proven track record in supervising teams and developing new client relationships
- Familiarity with a CRM system
