About the Role
As a Specialty Account Manager, you will be responsible for product performance at a territory level, developing a comprehensive business plan, and engaging with customers both virtually and in-person. You will serve as a resource for customers regarding payer policies, maximize marketing resources, and provide feedback to internal teams. The role requires overnight travel and attendance at medical congresses as needed.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 5 years of field customer experience and/or account management.
- Minimum of 3 years Healthcare Professional experience with relevant CNS experience.
- 5 years of consistent top performance in the pharmaceutical, biotech or medical sales space.
Preferred:
- Psychiatry/CNS experience.
- Demonstrated experience delivering outstanding results.
- Launch experience.
- Strong digital marketing aptitude.
- Patient support services experience.
