About the Role
As a Specialty Account Manager, you will be responsible for product performance at a territory level, developing a comprehensive business plan, promoting products ethically, and managing customer relationships. You will also provide account management support, communicate territory activities, and collaborate across corporate functions while ensuring timely access for patients through various programs.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 5 years of field customer experience and/or account management.
- Minimum of 3 years Healthcare Professional experience with relevant CNS experience.
- 5 years of consistent top performance in the pharmaceutical, biotech or medical sales space.
Preferred:
- Psychiatry/CNS experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience delivering outstanding results.
- Launch experience strongly preferred.
- Strong digital marketing aptitude.
- Patient support services experience a plus.
