About the Role
As a Senior Specialty Representative, you will be the primary customer contact responsible for implementing marketing strategies and promoting Amgen products. Your responsibilities include delivering branded sales messages, developing relationships with accounts, providing feedback on marketing strategies, and collaborating with colleagues to share best practices.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare/scientific field that is not sales related.
- OR Associate degree and 6 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare/scientific field that is not sales related.
- OR High school diploma/GED and 8 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare/scientific field that is not sales related.
Preferred:
- More than 3 years of sales, marketing, and/or clinical experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, diagnostics, healthcare insurance, pharmacy services, healthcare medical device, or medical supply industries.
- Product or hospital sales experience in areas such as oncology, cardiology, dermatology, and other specialties.
- Advanced influencing and relationship-building skills with a focus on sales outcomes.
- Local market knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration.
