About the Role
As a Specialty Representative, you will be responsible for delivering sales performance, creating pre-call plans, handling objections, and building trusted customer relationships. You will develop and execute call plans to optimize coverage and frequency to key customers, while continuously building understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required.
- At least five (5) years of relevant industry experience with three (3) or more years within the pharmaceutical/health/science industry preferred.
Preferred:
- Proven track record of success in sales performance within respective therapeutic areas.
- Commercial pharmaceutical industry experiences such as physician/account based selling, training, managed health care or marketing preferred.
