About the Role
As a Spectral Instructor, Mid, you will be responsible for providing both classroom and virtual instruction on Multispectral Imagery (MSI), Hyperspectral Imagery (HSI), and Polarmetric Imagery (PI). You will develop training materials, solve problems of moderate complexity, and guide junior employees as needed. The position requires domestic travel up to 50% for instructing classes.
About You
Required:
- Experience in working with or instructing Multispectral Imagery (MSI).
- Experience with ENVI or ERDAS Imagine.
- Ability to instruct classroom sizes of 20+ students both in person and virtually.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 50% of the time to instruct classes 1-2 weeks at a time.
- TS/SCI clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience with instruction, or 6+ years of experience with instruction in lieu of a degree.
Preferred:
- Experience with Hyperspectral Imagery (HSI), Polarmetric Imagery (PI), and AGITK.
