Rehab Without Walls® Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP to join their team in Redlands, CA. The role involves providing functional rehabilitation in home and community settings.
About the Role
As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. You will regularly reassess treatment effectiveness, attend staffing meetings, and communicate patient progress to the treatment team and family members. The position requires you to work autonomously while collaborating with a dynamic team of therapists.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of a Master’s Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
- Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice.
- Current CPR Certification in accordance with state regulations.
- A minimum of one year’s work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks related to patient care.
Preferred:
- Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury.
- Effective communication skills in verbal and written interactions.
