About the Role
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will conduct evaluations, assess home environments, identify equipment needs, establish plans of care, administer speech therapy programs, recommend communication devices, and collaborate with healthcare personnel to ensure comprehensive care. You will also maintain clinical competency, instruct patients and caregivers, and may supervise home health aides.
About You
Required:
- Master's or doctoral degree in speech-language pathology (SLP).
- Licensed as a speech-language pathologist by the State or completed 350 clock hours of supervised clinical practicum.
- Minimum of one (1) year's clinical experience in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Good verbal and written communication, and organizational skills.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to travel to different patients' homes.

- Prior experience working in a home health setting.
