About the Role
As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for optimizing communication, cognitive-linguistic abilities, and swallowing skills of patients. You will develop treatment plans, conduct screenings and evaluations, and maintain professional conduct in accordance with Reliant Rehabilitation guidelines. The position requires adherence to state and federal regulations regarding speech-language pathology therapy and involves collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
About You
Required:
- Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent.
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license (where appropriate).
- Proficient in clinical documentation and basic internet navigation skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in skilled nursing facilities or similar healthcare settings.
- Knowledge of various relevant payment models related to billing and treatment guidelines.
