About the Role

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for screening residents for communication problems, conducting evaluations, and developing therapy plans. You will coordinate audiometric screenings, maintain records, and collaborate with other staff to integrate treatment programs. Your role will also include attending care planning meetings and participating in staff training.

About You

Required:

M.A. or M.S. Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an approved school.
State license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing.
Current, valid CPR/BLS credential.
Qualities of maturity, diplomacy, and ability to work well with others.

Preferred:

Clinical Competence Certification from the American Speech and Hearing Association.
Demonstrated willingness to uphold the vision and mission of the company.
