About the Role
As a Speech Language Pathologist Neuro Rehab, you will perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. You will work in various environments, including homes, schools, and workplaces, to empower patients and families with practical strategies and renewed confidence. Your responsibilities will include re-assessing treatment plans, attending staffing meetings, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of a Master’s Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
- Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice.
- Current CPR Certification in accordance with state regulations.
- A minimum of one year’s work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks related to patient care.
Preferred:
- Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury.
- Effective communication skills in verbal and written interactions.
