About the Role
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will conduct evaluations, assess home environments, identify equipment needs, and establish care plans to improve patients' speech and language functions. You will administer therapy programs, recommend communication devices, and collaborate with physicians and other personnel to ensure comprehensive care. Additionally, you will maintain clinical competency, instruct patients and caregivers, and may supervise home health aides.
About You
Required:
- Master's or doctoral degree in speech-language pathology (SLP).
- Licensed as a speech-language pathologist by the State or completed 350 clock hours of supervised clinical practicum.
- Minimum of one (1) year's clinical experience in Speech–Language Pathology.
- Good verbal and written communication, and organization skills.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid California Driver’s License with a reliable automobile.

- Experience in home health care settings.
- Familiarity with various speech therapy techniques and equipment.
