About You
- Degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or a Bachelor's degree in communication sciences and disorders.
- Valid SLP-A license or certification in state(s) of hire or eligibility to obtain.
- Experience with early intervention and working with children with autism.
- Previous experience working with individuals with communication disorders, preferably in a clinical or educational setting.
- Strong understanding of speech and language development and common communication disorders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records and therapy software.
- CPR and First Aid certification.

Ally Behavior Centers is a full-time, center-based, applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy program founded in the DC metro area in 2019. We provide comprehensive services for children on the autism spectrum, with a focus on early learners from 18 months to 6 years of age. We offer assessments, diagnosis, and ABA therapy tailored to meet each child’s individual needs and goals.
