About the Role
As a Speech Therapist in Home Health, you will be responsible for evaluating patient care needs, developing treatment plans, executing interventions, and monitoring patient progress. You will interpret and establish treatment programs based on physician referrals, instruct patients and their families on therapy procedures, and maintain detailed records of patient visits.
About You
Required:
- Speech Therapist license and registration by the state.
- Completion of an accredited Speech Therapist program.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence granted by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
Preferred:
- Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages.
- Bilingual skills.
