About the Role
As a Speech Therapist in Home Health, you will be responsible for evaluating patients' communication, swallowing, and cognitive impairments. You will provide services within the scope of practice defined by state laws, assist in developing therapy plans, treat patients to improve communication, and instruct patients and their families on speech therapy techniques.
About You
Required:
- Licensed in Speech Therapy in the state of residence.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
- Available to work a weekend rotation.
