About the Role
As a Speech Therapist SLP, you will be responsible for completing evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with policy and individualized care plans. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain continuity of care, demonstrate knowledge of home care, and assist with training others. The role requires effective communication with patients, families, and health partners, while adhering to safety regulations and compliance programs.
About You
Required:
- Must have a valid professional license in the state of practice.
- Graduate of ASHA accredited school or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Prior Home Health experience.
