You will also oversee educational programs for chaplains and collaborate with various departments to enhance patient and staff experiences.
About You
Required:
- Ordination in a recognized ecclesial tradition and in good standing with ecclesial authority.
- Minimum of two years in ministry with demonstrated competence in pastoral care and one year of supervisory experience.
- Previous pastoral care experience within healthcare.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Board Certification from a recognized chaplaincy organization.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong organizational management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
- Ethics committee experience.
