- Undergraduate degree in Sports or Recreation Management or related field, or 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of exercise science, strength conditioning, nutrition, and fitness program management.
- Ability to perform full supervisory duties and manage a diverse team.
- Professional certification from a recognized health/fitness organization.
- Experience in military physical fitness standards and testing procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
