About You
- Must be attending an accredited college or university.
- Rising juniors or seniors studying journalism, communications, or a related field, as well as recent graduates and current graduate students.
- Experience working for a college news outlet; prior professional internship experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of digital media platforms and audience engagement.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and journalistic ethics.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to learn new tools, formats, and reporting techniques.
- A strong sense of curiosity and interest in sports, culture, and community impact.
- Commitment to contributing to an inclusive and collaborative newsroom environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel locally; access to a car is a plus but not required.
