Maintenance Technician

Bellingham at West Chester is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team in West Chester, PA. The role involves the overall upkeep of residential apartments and public areas through efficient maintenance.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine and emergency repairs in residential apartments and public areas, including electrical malfunctions, plumbing fixtures, light bulbs, doors, and locks. You will respond to emergency calls, complete work orders in a timely manner, assist other maintenance personnel, and maintain proper levels of materials and supplies for the campus.
