Park Place Technologies is seeking a Hardware Team Lead to join their team in Highland Heights, OH. The role involves overseeing Quality and Test operations and guiding less senior employees in a data center environment.

About the Role

As a Hardware Team Lead, you will ensure adherence to company protocols in the lab, provide daily direction to lab technicians, assist in part identification and supplier issues, and act as a subject matter expert in test methods and hardware integration. You will also train new employees, maintain lab organization, and collaborate with various departments to ensure timely completion of priority orders.

About You

Required:

5+ years of experience in a team lead position or equivalent education and experience.
Experience in the 3rd party hardware service industry or hardware resale.
Proficient in Microsoft Windows XP, Windows 7, Microsoft Server 2003, 2008, 2012, 2016.
Working understanding of a data center environment.
Experience in managing a team.
Ability to lift 100 lbs.

Preferred:

A+, Network+, Storage+, CCNA, MCSA, MCSE Certifications.
Working knowledge of Dell, NetApp, EMC, Data Domain, IBM, & HP product lines.
Experience with Excel and familiarity with Service Now and D365.
