About the Role
As a Sprinkler Project Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing contracts and specifications, scheduling deliverables, coordinating construction workers and subcontractors, selecting tools and materials, and preparing reports on job status. You will also manage project discrepancies, analyze risks, and act as a liaison between various stakeholders.
About You
Required:
- At least 10 years of experience in fire sprinkler installation and service.
- Minimum of 3 years in project management roles.
- Strong familiarity with NFPA 13, NFPA 20, NFPA 25, and FM Global Standards.
- Comprehensive understanding of Fire Sprinkler Design principles, including Wet, Dry, Preaction, and Deluge systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
