About You
- Thorough understanding of the relationship between machine settings and material.
- Expert experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Capability to set up complex parts and adjust machine controls for quality and safety.
- Knowledge of developing new work standards for new products.
- Ability to evaluate tooling conditions and adjust as needed.
- Computer knowledge, including SAP for ordering and tracking materials.
- Ability to follow established safety procedures.
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools to ensure parts meet quality specifications.
- Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment.
