About the Role
As a Supervisor of Business Support Services, you will be responsible for managing the Business Support Services Teams, which includes global configuration support, incident resolution, enhancement design, and project work. You will also serve as a liaison to vendors, coordinate communication regarding production issues, and supervise staff in support of Cambia-wide initiatives.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Five years of experience in defining and analyzing business requirements, process modeling, functional systems design, or acceptance testing.
- Two years of experience as a Lead Business Systems Analyst or equivalent experience.
- Experience in claims processing, membership processing, or provider relations.
Preferred:
- Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making.
- Knowledge of system development and project methodology practices.
