Summary
Daikin Applied Americas is seeking a Sr. Accounting Analyst to join their team in Plymouth, MN. The role involves supporting intercompany transactions, eliminations, and reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
About the Role
As a Sr. Accounting Analyst, you will analyze and interpret inter/intracompany transactions, prepare monthly journal entries, reconcile intercompany activities, assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements, and support internal and external audit requests. You will also identify process improvements and handle special projects related to financial systems transitions.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting AND 6+ years of progressive work experience in Accounting and Finance OR 10+ years of progressive work experience in Accounting and Finance in lieu of a degree.
- ERP system experience using Oracle, SAP or similar.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Accounting.
- CPA.
- Finance experience within HVAC, construction or building material manufacturing industry.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role preferably in a multinational organization.
