Summary
DaVita Kidney Care is seeking a Sr Analyst, Analytics and Reporting (IKC) to join their team in Denver, CO. The role involves monitoring and communicating the performance of value-based care programs through advanced data analytics.
About the Role
As a Sr Analyst, you will be responsible for writing SQL queries, developing summary level reporting, leveraging data to troubleshoot performance, and partnering with stakeholders to define reporting requirements. You will work collaboratively with various teams to ensure the success of DaVita IKC programs.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, public health, health informatics, analytics, math, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience with business/financial analysis; healthcare preferred.
- 3-5 years writing SQL required, with Snowflake preferred.
- Experience with Tableau or similar analytics tools required.
- Extensive experience with data manipulation and management.
Preferred:
- Cerner knowledge preferred; Python a plus.
- Extensive experience with all Microsoft Office tools and applications with M365 preferred.
