Summary
DXC Technology is seeking a Sr Analyst I Sales Enablement to join their Global Sales Enablement team in a remote role. The position focuses on lead management and sales enablement processes across the US, Canada, and LATAM.
About the Role
As a Sr Analyst I Sales Enablement, you will oversee lead management, partner with marketing to define lead scoring models, and ensure timely documentation and routing of leads. You will develop metrics and dashboards for reporting, analyze trends to improve lead quality, and implement process improvements for lead operations. Additionally, you will create training materials for onboarding new team members.
About You
Required:
- Fluent in English, intermediate French preferred.
- Experience in Salesforce and Marketo with creating and assigning leads.
- Ability to develop and implement new processes and process improvements.
- Proven track record of nurturing and assigning leads in a timely manner.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Leadership experience to help train the growing team.
- Experience with current sales, solution, and/or delivery teams in this region.
- Experience inside a complex matrixed organization model.
