DaVita Kidney Care is seeking a Sr Analyst, Privacy (Legal) to join their team in Denver, CO. The role involves supporting the Privacy Engineering team in implementing and managing privacy programs including privacy-by-design, data loss prevention, and application logging and monitoring.
About the Role
As a Privacy Engineering Senior Analyst, you will manage and support various privacy programs, lead special projects, conduct regulatory and policy research, and assist in the development of privacy and security for DaVita applications. You will collaborate with legal, IT security, and clinical application teams to ensure compliance with HIPAA and other privacy laws.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in technology, healthcare, or business.
- Experience in privacy and/or data security, project management, compliance, or audit.
Preferred:
- HIPAA, privacy and/or security certifications (e.g., IAPP CIPP, CIPM).
- Experience in healthcare and dealing with HIPAA and CMS regulations.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
