About the Role
As a Senior Capacity Planner, you will develop and manage long-range capacity plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production capabilities with demand signals, analyze data to identify constraints and opportunities, support financial planning, and ensure plans are feasible and cost-effective.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant supply chain experience.
Preferred:
- Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or food industry.
- Background in supply planning, scheduling, materials or demand planning.
- Familiarity with seasonal planning cycles and network optimization.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large datasets.
- Experience with SAP (preferably APO) and capacity planning tools.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
