About the Role
As a Sr Channel Excellence Manager, you will manage analytics, operations, strategy, and marketing related to channel management. Your responsibilities will include executing UOP's channel strategy, developing performance targets, implementing pricing strategies, driving growth through incentive programs, and managing channel conflict. You will also support digital transformation of channel systems and develop channel management playbooks.
About You
Required:
- 6+ years of experience in contract negotiation with external suppliers, customers, or distribution partners in a sales or procurement role.
- 2+ years of experience working with Preferred Distribution Partners (PDPs).
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field in Life Sciences.
- MBA preferred.
- Ability to work independently and within a matrixed team environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills using strategy deployment tools (e.g., X-Matrix).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
