Summary
The Hartford is seeking a Sr Consultant Business Intelligence to join their Corporate Data Services team in a Hybrid role. This position focuses on providing business intelligence support for critical applications within the Employee Benefits Line of Business.
About the Role
As a Sr Consultant Business Intelligence, you will develop visualization solutions using BI tools, test these solutions for data quality, present findings to stakeholders, analyze large datasets for insights, and implement end-to-end BI solutions. You will also aid in delivering self-service BI and collaborate with peers to optimize the data warehouse ecosystem.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence (BI) development and reporting.
- Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau, MSBI, Thought Spot, and Business Objects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting data insights.
Preferred:
- Understanding of the Agile framework.
- Knowledge of Insurance products.
- Experience leveraging Gen AI tools to accelerate insight generation.
