About the Role
As a Sr Cost/FP&A Accountant, you will oversee day-to-day accounting activities related to general ledger accounts, analyze departmental expenses, assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, prepare management reports, and support financial compliance requirements. You will also take the lead in developing standard costs and participate in the monthly financial close process.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing cost accounting with variance analysis and reporting.
- Experience with fully integrated ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
- Strong detail orientation and advanced Excel skills.
Preferred:
- CPA certification.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with minimal direction from management.
