About the Role
As a Senior CRM Campaign Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of end-to-end Salesforce campaigns. This includes managing campaign strategies, analyzing past campaign performance, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful implementation of Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud. You will also oversee campaign calendars, manage user roles, and provide training and updates to colleagues on best practices.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.
- Minimum of five years' experience leading campaign operations.
- Minimum of five years' experience with Salesforce, including Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
Preferred:
- Salesforce Certifications: MC Email Specialist.
- Certified PMP.
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
