About the Role
As a Sr Data Analyst, you will design and maintain advanced Excel models, develop interactive dashboards using Power BI, analyze key SaaS metrics, and interpret data to uncover actionable insights. You will also connect and integrate data from various internal systems, drive Salesforce adoption, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience collecting and analyzing data from disparate sources and delivering actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and pivot tables.
- Strong experience with Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization.
- Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and KPI tracking.
Preferred:
- Management consulting experience.
- Experience in SaaS and subscriptions.
- Experience integrating and managing data from multiple systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Excel).
- Familiarity with SAP Analysis for Office and Salesforce Service Lightning.
