About the Role
As a Sr Data Scientist, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their challenges and translate them into data-driven solutions. You will design and build Generative AI solutions, utilize cloud services, and develop evaluation pipelines for AI outputs. Your work will focus on creating innovative solutions for efficient underwriting and risk identification by analyzing vast amounts of data.
About You
Required:
- Masters in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data science and AI development.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or SQL.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms - GCP preferred.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with GenAI and traditional AI solutions development.
Preferred:
- Experience with commercial insurance domain and regulatory requirements.
- Certification in GenAI, machine learning, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with end-to-end deployment of GenAI solutions.
